Processing of personal data for the contact form

EU Regulation 679-2016 referred to under the heading General Data Protection Regulation – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data. In accordance with this discipline, we provide you with the following information:


I. The data you provide will be used to enable us to contact you and answer your questions and requests regarding services and excursions organized by Franconero Escursioni, based in Avenida Eladia, Bayahibe Dominicus, Dominican Republic.


II. Data will be processed as follows:

  • automated system with the aid of computer tools,
  • manual system without the aid of computerized tools,
  • mixed manual and semi-automated system with the help of computer tools.

The data will be inserted in special digital/paper archives which Franconero Escursioni staff appointed by its directors and by any internal or external managers in charge of data processing will be able to access, and therefore become aware of. The appointees will be able to carry out operations of consultation, use, elaboration, comparison and every other opportune operation in the respect of the normative dispositions and of the codes of deontology and good conduct fit to guarantee the confidentiality and the security of the data as well as the accuracy, the updating and the relevance of the data with respect to the stated purposes.


III. The provision of data is required for the following uses:
1. Communicate to the user practical information on service availability,
2. Communicate to the user specific information on the services requested by using the website’s contact form

The provision of data is necessary, and therefore mandatory for the activities referred to in points 1, 2 to allow the response to the requests made and its failure to indicate it makes it impossible to implement it.

VI. The data processors are the administrators of Franconero Escursioni.


VII. At any time you can exercise your rights towards the data controller, in accordance with the GDPR and, for the parts compatible with article 7 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 below:

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data
b) of the purposes and methods of processing
c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means
d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
